Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Anod, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using Anod on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that business.

Anod provides a squad of AI marketing employees that run missions across your channels. The squad drafts and carries out marketing work on your behalf based on the business profile and instructions you give it.

The squad produces work for you to review. You decide what goes live. Anod is a tool that does work under your direction, not a replacement for your own judgment.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Prices and plan contents may change. We will give notice before a change affects you.
• We do not promise refunds for partial periods unless we state otherwise in writing or are required to by law.

You agree not to use Anod to:

• Break the law or any rules that apply to your business or industry.
• Send spam, deceptive, or misleading messages.
• Infringe anyone else's rights, including intellectual property and privacy.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

You are responsible for making sure your use of the squad follows the laws and regulations that apply to you.

The squad generates marketing work using AI. AI output can contain mistakes, omissions, or claims that need checking. You are responsible for reviewing and approving everything the squad produces before it goes live.

This matters most in regulated contexts. If your business operates under rules about claims, disclosures, or advertising, you must confirm the work meets those rules before it is published or sent. Anod is a tool to help you work faster, not a guarantee that the output is compliant or accurate.

You keep ownership of the business information you give us and, as between you and Anod, of the marketing output the squad produces for you. You grant us the permission we need to process your data to run the service.

The Anod platform, brand, and software remain ours. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular business result.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Anod is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Anod and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or others. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute relating to them or to your use of the service is subject to the courts of Singapore.

We may update these terms as the product grows. When we make a material change, we will revise the date below and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
