Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run your account and your AI squad:

• Account information. Your name, email address, and login credentials when you create an account.
• Business profile. The details you choose to give us about your business so the squad can do its work. This can include your company name, industry, brand voice, offers, and the channels you want to operate.
• Usage data. Basic logs about how you use the product, such as pages visited, features used, and timestamps. This helps us keep the service running and improve it.

We do not ask for more than this, and we do not sell your data.

We use the information above to:

• Operate your account and authenticate your sign-ins.
• Run the AI squad and the missions you ask it to carry out.
• Provide support when you contact us.
• Keep the service secure, stable, and working as intended.

We do not use your business data to do work for anyone other than you.

We use a small set of established service providers to run Anod. They process data on our behalf, under their own security practices:

• Supabase. Authentication and database. Your account and business data are stored here.
• Stripe. Payments. When you subscribe, Stripe handles your card details and billing. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• Vercel. Hosting. Vercel serves the Anod website and app.

These providers receive only the data needed to perform their function.

We use cookies and similar session storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. These are necessary for the product to work. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the app.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep certain records (for example, billing records) to meet legal or accounting obligations.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct data that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete your data, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Export a copy of your data in a portable format.
