    Founding Engineer

    Build Anod next to the founder. Own what you ship.

    What you will do

    You build the product end to end. Next.js and React on the front, Supabase underneath, and the Node mission worker that runs on our own VPS. You will not be handed tickets. You will see a gap, decide it matters, and close it.

    Who you are

    You have shipped real products, not just features. You are comfortable being the second engineer in the room and you want the scope that comes with it.

    AI Agent Engineer

    The squad is the product. Make the agents actually good.

    What you will do

    You own the part of Anod that thinks. Mission routing, model orchestration across Claude Haiku, Sonnet and Opus, the prompt and tool design, and the Matrix learning loop that makes the next reply sharper than the last. You care whether a reply lands, not just whether the job ran.

    Who you are

    You have built with LLMs in production and have the scars to show it. You know the difference between a demo that works and a system a founder trusts with their pipeline.

    What you will do

    You own the product UI and the marketing site. The dashboard a founder runs their marketing team from, the page that convinces them to try it, the squad characters that give Anod a face. One person, full surface, high standard.

    Who you are

    You have a portfolio that makes people stop scrolling. You design in the browser, not just in Figma, and you have opinions about the details nobody asked about.

    You have grown something from nothing before. You are equal parts writer, operator, and analyst, and you would rather own the outcome than the activity.
